Years ago I wrote a story that sat on a shelf for a number of years. Finally, I got the courage to make it a reality.

I am publishing a children’s book!

I never imagined the amount of time, frustration, and feelings that would be invested into this project. It has been a true labor of love and I am anxious to get it out in this world.

I am both the author and artist for this children's book. Though I don't consider myself a great writer, I feel this story is important, needed and my hope is it will help someone who is hurting hurt a little less.

just a little bit... I am the owner of Pretty Dirt Pottery, the maker and dreamer of all things pretty while getting dirty in the process up in northern MN.

I love all things colorful, floral, striped and dotted. The flexibility of running my own business allows me to greet my kids at the door the minute they come home and work crazy hours as a creator.

I'm a dreamer, I like to write stories, I can find beauty in even the uglies situations, and I live my life one day at a time.
